Payment
At Pro FM broadcast you pay securely and easily via the internet checkout or the ING bank. 
You can pay by  Credit Cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Paypal.
When you come to pick up orders please note the fact that you can not do electronic payments here. Internet payments are of course allowed on site.

Shipping
Pro FM Broadcast sent her orders to UPS and TNT. Usually orders are placed for 15.00 the same day and shipped the next day so they are in your house if they are in stock. Standard package for orders within the Netherlands are 15 euros shipping included.  If you are outside the EU contact us first for the best shipping option. The orders are guaranteed shipped insured. If a product proves to be not in stock, we will contact you.

Returns
Trial period of 14 days
For your orders at Pro FM Broadcast subject to a trial period of 14 days from the time the order is in your possession. That means that you have the time within this period to send the items back.

Return policy
You can return goods only:
• Send us an e-mail about the return to ([email protected])
• And make a copy of your invoice in the package.
• Within the period of 14 days
• If the item is undamaged
• You use the original packaging when returning

Returns that do not meet our return policy, we unfortunately can not take into consideration. Returns made for the customer's risk.

Pro FM Broadcast guarantees that the delivered goods meet the usual requirements and standards. The purchase is evidence regarding the warranty. Warranty period is 2 years on the new products.
