Orban OPTIMOD 5518 - Stereo - RDS Encoder / Limiter GEBRUIKT

De OPTIMOD 5518 is een uitstekende zelfstandige stereocoder die vooruitkijkt en bandbeperkte clipping-technieken combineert met een latentie van slechts 2 ms en volledige overschrijdingsbeperking en een extreem strakke piekregeling in zowel de linker- / rechter- als de composietbasisbanddomeinen om STL te besturen -geïnduceerde overschrijdingen terwijl artefacten worden geminimaliseerd. De 5518 is de ideale keuze voor netwerkomroepen die werken met een FM-audioprocessor (zoals Orban Optimod FM 8600) op het netwerk-oorsprongpunt en die bij elke zender een processor nodig hebben om STL-overschrijdingen van het netwerk te elimineren.
RDS
De 5518 bevat een complete RBS / RBDS-generator zonder extra kosten. De generator ondersteunt dynamische PS. Het kan worden bediend via de 5518-presets en een ASCII-terminalserver die kan worden aangesloten op automatisering om bijvoorbeeld het weergeven van titels en artiesten te ondersteunen.
ITU BS 412 multiplex powerbegrenzer
De ingebouwde, verslaanbare ITU BS412 multiplex powerlimiter werkt op alle uitgangen om te voldoen aan zelfs de strengste Europese overheidsvoorschriften, inclusief een volledige spectrale bescherming van subdragers en RDS / RBDS ongeacht de hoeveelheid composiet limiting.
10 Mhz referentie-ingang
Een 10 MHz frequentiereferentie-ingang maakt het mogelijk om de stereopiloottoonfrequentie te vergrendelen op GPS of een andere zeer nauwkeurige frequentienorm. Dit verbetert de prestaties van netwerken met één frequentie in gebieden waar de dekking van de zenders elkaar overlapt.

Afstandsbediening
Aan de zenderzijde zult u blij zijn met zijn drie afzonderlijke afstandsbedieningspoorten - GPI-contactsluitingen, RS232 serieel en ingebouwd Ethernet voor TCP / IP-netwerken. De seriële en Ethernet-poorten worden ondersteund door de meegeleverde 5518 PC Remote Control-toepassing. Wordclock/10 MHz Sync Reference Input
Configuration: Accepts 1x wordclock or 10 MHz reference signals, automatically selected. The DSP master clock can be phase-locked to these signals, which in turn phase-locks the 19 kHz pilot tone frequency, facilitating singe-frequency network operation. The digital output sample frequency can also be locked to these signals.
Level: Unit will lock to 1x wordclock and 10 MHz squarewaves and sinewaves having a peak value of 0.5 V to 5.0 V.
